Scope. This Privacy Policy applies only to the PlaneFacts website (the “Site”). It covers information we collect when you visit the Site or contact us through it. It does not cover reports. If you choose to request or order a report, a separate privacy policy and separate terms and conditions apply to that request and to any aircraft information or records you provide, and you will be asked to accept them at that time. Those separate documents control for reports, and this Policy does not.

By using the Site you agree to this Policy. In this Policy, “PlaneFacts,” “we,” and “us” mean PlaneFacts.

1. What we collect through the Site

Information you give us, such as your name, email, phone number and message when you contact us or ask for information.

Information collected automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and referring site, through cookies and analytics tools.

2. How we use it

To run and improve the Site, respond to you, send updates you can opt out of, measure our marketing, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

3. Who we share it with

Service providers that help us host the Site, run analytics, send email and handle your requests, including providers that use AI tools on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in a business sale or merger. We do not sell your contact information.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies, pixels and similar tools, including third-party analytics, to understand traffic and measure marketing. You can control cookies in your browser settings. We do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.

5. Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. Depending on where you live, you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information collected through the Site by emailing info@planefacts.com.

6. Security and children

We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure. The Site is not directed to anyone under 18.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy by posting a new version with a new date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
